摘要
中小企业提高自主创新能力的有效途径是积极开展产学研合作。但很多中小企业存在着对产学研合作的认知偏差、合作层次较低、科技人才缺乏以及有关合作运作机制缺失等一系列问题。为此,通过分析这些问题对中小企业产学研合作的制约,提出了相应的对策与建议。
Industry-university-institute cooperation is an effective path for promotion of independent creative ability of the medium and small-sized enterprises.However,there are many problems existing in the industry-university-institute cooperation of medium and small-sized enterprises,such as cognitive deviation,lower cooperation level,lack of qualified technical personnel and cooperation operation mechanism,and so on.The paper analyzed the present problems about industry-university-institute cooperation in the medium and small-sized enterprises,and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions.
