摘要
根据企业自主创新能力的内涵,参照国家统计局(2005)从技术创新能力角度提出的企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,遵循评价指标选取原则,构建西部地区高技术产业自主创新能力评价初始指标体系;运用粗糙集属性约简遗传算法对初始指标进行约简,剔除冗余指标,获得约简后的评价指标体系,从而为后续评价工作奠定基础。
The paper,complying with the selection principles of evaluation index,tries to establish the initial index system of evaluating the independent innovation capacity of high-tech industry in western China according to the connotation of independent innovation capacity of enterprise with reference to the index system of evaluating the independent innovation capacity of enterprise proposed by National Bureau of Statistics (2005) from the perspective of the technological innovation capacity,And then,the initial index system is reduced with the genetic algorithm of attribute reduction in rough set theory to remove redundant index.Finally,a reduced index system is obtained,and this lay the foundation for follow-up evaluation.
