摘要
教师是高校重要的人力资源,如何发挥高校教师的优势,调动其积极性,实现高校快速、健康、可持续发展以及留住教学科研人才,是新时期高校面临的首要问题,而完善健全的教师激励机制是解决问题的关键所在。与之相应,高校的教师激励机制已成为高校研究的重要课题。以高校教师激励机制为主线,结合有关激励理论,从高校的激励现状出发,探讨了激励中存在的问题及原因,并提出了一些完善健全高校教师激励机制的措施和建议。
Teachers are important human resources of university.It is the most important issue facing the modern colleges how to play the college teachers'superiority,arouse their enthusiasm,realize the rapid,healthy and sustainable development,and maintain teaching research and talent.However,the perfect incentives mechanism is the key to solve the problem.This article discusses some problems in motivation and explains the reasons with the teacher incentives as the main line and some relevant incentive theory.Based on the status of colleges and universities encourage,the paper makes a number of mechanisms for the integrity of teacher incentive measures and recommendations.
