教师能力对高校高绩效工作系统与研究生产率关系的调节效应研究

Empirical Study on Moderating Role of Achievement Motivation on Relationship of HPWS and Research Productivity

摘要 以广东地区22所高校收集到的883份有效样本为基础,运用层次回归分析,就教师能力对高校高绩效工作系统与教师研究生产率关系的调节效应进行了检验。结果表明:教师能力对信息沟通与研究生产率之间关系具有正向调节作用,而对职业保障与研究生产率之间的关系起负向调节作用。 Applying hierarchical regression analysis,this paper tests the moderator effect of achievement motivation on HPWS and research productivity based on the 883 effective samples obtained from 22 universities in Guangdong province.The results show that:teachers'ability has positive moderating effect on the relationship between information communication and research productivity and negative moderating effect on the relationship between professional guarantee and research productivity.
