摘要
围绕团队协调的双重机制——外显协调和内隐协调展开分析。在阐释外显协调和内隐协调内涵和外延的基础上,深入探讨了两者的互动关系,分析了影响两种协调机制的情境因素。对于指导团队协调、提高团队绩效具有重要的理论意义。
This paper analyzes two kinds of team coordination—explicit coordination and implicit coordination.Based on their concepts,it analyzes the interaction of explicit coordination and implicit coordination,and the contextual factors which influence them.The paper broadens our understanding of team coordination and shows us how to improve the team performance.
