摘要
文章研究了硬质合金工模具(包括塑性成形模具和切削加工的刀具)加工有色金属的扩散磨损特征与机理,利用4种硬质合金刀具(YD05、YM051、YN05、YN10)进行了薄切削铝合金试验,检查了刀具切削前及失效后刀具主后刀面的化学成份,对比分析刀具、铝合金工件化学成份。研究发现,硬质合金工具加工铝合金时,扩散磨损是由于硬质合金中粘结相原子向铝合金工件扩散、铝合金工件中铝原子向硬质合金刀具扩散而造成的。
This paper studies the characteristics and mechanisim of the diffusion wear of cemented carbide tools (including plastics forming tools and cutting tools)which is be used in the processing of non-ferrous metals, conducts thin-cutting aluminun alloy experiments by using four kinds of cemented carbide cutting-tools ( YD05, YM051, YN05, YN 10), checks the chemical compositions on the cutting-tools before and after that, and comparative analyzes the chemical compositions on cutting-tools and aluminum alloy parts.The study found that when aluminum alloy is processed by cemented carbide tools, diffusion wear is caused by the diffusion of the sticky-integrate atom from cemented carbide to aluminum alloy parts and the aluminum atom from aluminum alloy parts to cemented carbide cutting-tools.
