摘要
伴随着跨国公司的增加,全球化战略步伐的加快,外派员工成为联系母公司与海外分支机构的桥梁。由于工作环境面临一个较大的转变,外派员工从出发前到归国后,需要不断地进行调适。文章从外派员工的心理契约角度分析其主要影响因素,以便将来为组织的海外人力资源管理提供建议。
With the increase of multinational corporations and the acceleration of the strategic steps of globalization,dispatched employees become the bridge that contact parent companies and overseas branches.Because of the relative big changes of working environment,dispatched employees should adjust themselves from departure to returning.This paper analyzes main factors from the angle of the psychological contract of dispatched employees,and provides suggestions for the human resource management abroad of organizations.
