浅谈房产管理的地位和作用

房地产开发管理和物业管理,涉及到千家万户,关系广大人民的根本利益。文章从产权产籍登记管理、拆迁管理、开发经营管理、物业管理、房产档案管理等方面对房产管理的地位和作用进行了阐述,指出规范发展房地产管理和物业管理,既有利于促进经济增长,又有利于提高人民群众的居住质量,也有利于维护社会的稳定。

The management of the real estate development and property involves numerous households,concerning the fundamental interests of masses of people.This paper describes the position and function of the estate management from the aspests of the management of the registration property right,the removal,the exploitation and administration,the property,the archives of house property,etc,and explains that standardizing real estate management and property management is benificial to both promoting economic growth and improving people’s residential quality,and it can also help maintain social stability.
