The owner and the project managing personnel achieve the same benefits through establishing cooperative relationship of mutual trust and signing contracts with risk sharing and incentive mechanism.Under the PMC mode,through friendly consultation,the owner and the project managing personnel determine their respective gidding purchase and contract performance in the equipment supplying subcontract,their repective duty,obligation and related interfaces within the range of managing work.
