摘要
用模拟法测出DM506等型号盐浴炉的电阻折合系数λ。试验结果和理论计算值相吻合,从而说明推荐的单相埋入式电极盐浴炉功率计算公式和电阻折合系数λ的理论计算方法是正确的。对本试验装置略加改动,即可用试验方法求出DM系列三相四极和三相六极埋入式电极盐浴炉的电阻折合系数。
It is used simulated
method to determine a resistance conversion coefficient λ of the DM 50 6 salt bath
furnace.As a result of test and calculate is identical,it is all right that recommended
formula of the calculation of the power monophase embeded electrode salt bath furnace
and method of theory count of the resistance conversion coefficient. If you make a few
changes in the test installation,it can use experimental method to calculate the
resistance conversion coefficient of the DM system of three phase plate 4 and three
