摘要
目的探讨Pentacam与UBM测量年龄相关性核性白内障患者前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)、前房角度(anterior chamber angle,ACA)的差异以及其与A型超声测量ACD的差异与晶状体密度的相关性。方法分别采用Pentacam、UBM测量52例(52眼)年龄相关性核性白内障患者ACD、ACA;Pentacam和A超分别测量患者散瞳后的ACD。结果Pentacam测量的ACD值为(2.63±0.39)mm,UBM测量值为(2.63±0.34)mm,差异无统计学意义(P=0.595,r=0.969);Pentacam测量的ACA为(31.27±5.46)°,UBM测量值为(30.89±5.37)°,差异无统计学意义(P=0.218),Pentacam与UBM测量ACD及平均ACA结果之间均具有显著的相关性(r分别为0.969、0.759);散瞳后,Pentacam测量ACD为(2.59±0.21)mm,A超测量值为(2.79±0.58)mm,二者的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且与晶状体密度具有一定的相关性(r=0.186,P〈0.05)。在晶状体密度分别为0~20、20~40和40以上时,Pentaeam与A超测量ACD结果差异与晶状体密度相关性分别为0.079、0.264和0.288(均为P〈0.05).结论Pentacam可作为测量年龄相关性核性白内障患者的ACD、平均ACA的良好选择,在临床工作中应灵活运用、综合分析。
Objective To investigate the differences in anterior chamber depth (ACD) and anterior chamber angle (ACA) measured by Pentacam and UBM, their differences with ACD by A-scan and correlation with lens density in age-related nuclear cataract. Methods ACD and ACA were measured in 52 cases (52 eyes) with age-related nuclear cataract by Pentacam and UBM, respectively. Pentacam and A-scan were used to measure ACD after mydriasis in patients. Results ACD values were (2.63 ± 0.39 ) mm by Pentacam and (2.63 ± 0.34 ) nun by UBM, there was no statistical difference (P=0.595,r=0.969);ACA values were (31.27 ±5.46)° by Pentacam and (30.89 ± 5.37)° by UBM,there was no difference (P =0.218). Significant correlations were found in ACD and average ACA by Pentacam and UBM( r = 0. 969, r = 0.759 ). After mydriasis, ACD values were (2.59 ±0. 21 )mm by Pentacam and (2.79 ±0. 58) mm by A-scan, there was statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), and had correlation with lens density ( r = 0. 186 ,P 〈0.05 ). When the lens density were less than 20 ,from 20 to 40 and more than 40, the correlations for difference of ACD between Pentacam and A-scan and lens density was 0. 079,0. 264 and 0.288 ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Pentacam can be a good choice for measuring ACD and average ACA in patients with age-related nuclear cataract, and it should be used flexibly and analyzed synthetically in clinical works.
