摘要
采用高温固相法在还原气氛下制备了SrTiO3:Pr3+,Na+荧光粉。用X射线衍射分析测定了SrTiO3:Pr3+,Na+荧光粉的晶体结构,具体研究了激活剂Pr3+和助熔剂H3BO3的掺杂量对SrTiO3:Pr3+,Na+体系发光性能的影响。结果表明,SrTiO3:Pr3+,Na+荧光粉属于立方晶型;在Pr3+掺杂0.6%(与SrTiO3的摩尔比)和助熔剂H3BO3掺杂3%(与SrTiO3的摩尔比)时,此荧光粉的发光性能最佳。讨论了不同电荷补偿剂对SrTiO3:Pr3+体系激发光谱和发射光谱的影响,结果表明,Na+离子是制备Sr-TiO:Pr3+体系荧光粉的最佳电荷补偿剂。
The SrTiO3:Pr3+,Na+ phosphors was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction process in reducing atmosphere.The crystal structure of SrTiO3:Pr3+,Na+ phosphors was determined by X-ray diffractometer.The effect of dosages of Pr3+(activating agent)and H3BO3(flux)on luminescent property of the phosphors SrTiO3:Pr3+,Na+ was investigated in details.The results indicate that the crystalline phase of the product belongs to cubic crystal,the luminescent property is best when molar percentages of Pr3+ and H3BO3 are 0.6% and 3%,respectively.The effect of different charge compensators on excitation spectra and emission spectra of phosphor SrTiO3:Pr3+ was also discussed.The results show that Na+ is the best charge compensator for preparing the phosphor SrTiO3:Pr3+.
