摘要
介绍了黑化集团尿素厂空分车间3套空分装置的现状,分析了其中2套空分装置需要改造的原因,通过对工艺流程局部改造或全部改造,达到降低整个系统的能量消耗、减少成本的目的。
Status of air separation devices in urea plant of Heihua group was introduced.Transformation causes of two sets of air separation devices were analyzed.Through improving process,overall energy consumption was reduced,and cost was lowered.
