摘要
前叉管是前减震器上的重要功能性零件之一,具有油缸、贮油缸、空气室,兼顾活塞、活塞管等功能。由于上部分装有方向把,支撑来自车身的质量和承受运动中的交变载荷,下部分与外筒全(或部分)接触滑动配合往复运动摩擦,所以对强度、刚性、耐磨、耐高温等性能有极高要求,用材的选择及工艺良好性不仅涉及到骑乘安全,也涉及到制作成本的控制。
The front fork tube is one of the important and functional parts of the front shock absorber which includes oil cylinder, oil storage cylinder, air chamber, piston and piston pipe. Because at the top of the tube there is the steering handle assembled which supports the mass from the body and bears the alternating load in motion and the bottom part contacts all (or partly) with the external cylinder to produce sliding fit and reciprocating friction, so the tube needs higher rigidity, strength, wearing resistance and thermostability. Selection of materials and good technology are related with the riding safety and the production cost.
