PHB和PHBV注塑和挤出成型工艺研究

摘要 对聚3-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)和聚3-羟基丁酸3-羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)的热性能和流变性能进行了测试和比较。结果表明:两者的加工温度范围均较窄,剪切变稀严重;PHBV比PHB的熔融温度和分解温度稍低。以此为依据,通过注塑和挤出成型实验,分析了PHB和PHBV的加工特点,确定了其注塑和挤出成型工艺条件。 The thermal property and rheological property of PHB and PHBV was compared by means of TG-DTA and mechanical test.The results show that both PHB and PHBV have very narrow processing temperature range,and the shear thinning phenomena of them are very severe;the melting temperature and decomposition temperature of PHBV are a little lower than those of PHB.Based on the results,the processing characteristics of PHB and PHBV were analyzed by injection molding and extrusion experiments,and the optimum processing technology for injection molding and extrusion was determined.
