摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法测定高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)瓶盖专用料中残留溶剂的含量,建立了顶空外标定量校正曲线,得到了己烷溶剂中主要组分3-甲基戊烷、正己烷、甲基环戊烷的一元线性回归方程,相关系数均大于0.99。考察了该方法的重复性。检出限为1.0mg/kg。
A method for determination of residual solvent content in HDPE bottle lid special material by headspece gas chromatography was described.The external standard curves of 3-methylpentane,n-hexane and methylcyclopentane were established,by which the linear regression equations were obtained with all the correlation coefficients larger than 0.99.In addition,the repeatability of the method was discussed.The detection limit of the method was 1.0 mg/kg.
