摘要
本文以过氧化氢为氧化剂,将三氧化二锑氧化为五氧化二锑,同时加入稳定剂氢氧化钠,制备得到胶体五氧化二锑。用透射电镜观察胶体粒子的大小和形状。分析胶体五氧化二锑的形成机理。研究影响胶体粒子稳定的因素。讨论反应温度、氧化剂用量及稳定剂对氧化反应速率及二氧化二锑转化率的影响。结果表明:制得的五氧化二锑胶体粒子可稳定存在半年以上而不发生聚沉,胶粒形状近似于球型,平均植径为42nm左右,提高反应温度和加入稳定剂可使氧化反应速率增加,还可提高三氧化二锑的转化率。
Colloid antimony pentoxide has ho prepared by oxidation of antimony thexjde with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and sodium hydroxide as stabilizer . The she and shape of colloidal particles were observed by transmission electron microscope. The mechanism of colloid formation was analyzed . The factors affecting stability of colloidal particles were studied. The effects of temperature, oxidant quantity and stabilizer on reaction rate and conversion of antimony trioxide were also discussed. The results indicated that the stable time of prepared colloid Sb2O5 particles without coagulation could be more than sin months. The Sb2O5 particles were nearly spherical with average diameter of 42nm. The reaction rate and conversion of Sb2O3 increased with raising reaction temperatures and adding stablilzer .
