摘要
模板早拆技术具有材料周转快,投资少,经济效益显著等特点,但也存在架体设置不容易设计为全对称稳定结构的局限。通过设置两套支撑系统,一套为先拆支撑系统,另一套为单设的板缝支撑系统,主次楞改用钢木复合材料,使用一次性模板,采用硬架支模工艺等措施改进早拆工艺。最后提出了早拆工艺基础理论和试验研究还须深入的建议。
Early dismantling templet technique has may characteristics, such as fast material turnover, low investment and obvious economic benefit, etc., but it also suffers from some limitations, such as it is not easy to design the support body into a symmetrical structure. Two supporting systems are designed, one of which is early dismantling supporting system and the other is independently-designed slab joint supporting system. Main and secondary beams are changed to use steel-wood composite material, one-off templet is used and hard carrier templet supporting technique is adopted to improve the early dismantling technique. At last, it is suggested that basic theory and experimental research on early dismantling technique must be carried out deeper.
