摘要
某工程整个外立面设计为清水混凝土,通过模板设计,在清水混凝土施工中使用WISA模板,以及对模板从加工制作到运输、安装、拆除、保养等一系列工序进行质量控制,并注意钢筋工程和混凝土工程的质量控制,工程实践表明,WISA模板的使用满足了清水混凝土对墙面的垂直度、平整度和光洁度要求,保证了清水混凝土墙面的外观质量,达到了墙体美观的效果,满足了设计要求。
In an engineering project, the whole facade adopts plain concrete. After templet design, WISA templet is used during plain concrete construction, and quality of the templet is controlled during a series of processes, such as transportation, installation, dismantlement and maintenance, etc., so as to guarantee the appearance quality of plain concrete wall surface, to realize the esthetic effect of wall, to satisfy the design requirements and to guarantee favorable effects.
