摘要
提出一种大直径厚壁钢管等弯矩加载,火焰加热弯管技术。通过对该技术受力分析及方案设计,并系统记录试验过程中存在问题和改进措施,验证该技术系统的施力系统和加热系统的可行性。该技术采用的设备成本低、构造简单、便于转场,适于直径较大的厚壁钢管的弯制,特别适于曲率较小的条件。
This paper proposes a large-diameter and thick-wall steel tube equal-bending moment applying and flame-heating bending technique. Through force analysis and scheme design, problems appearing during the test and improvement measures are recorded systematically to verify feasibility of the force applying system and heating system of this technique. The equipments used in this technique have low cost and simple structure, are convenient for transportation and applicable to bending thick-wall steel tubes having large diameter, especially to conditions with small curvature.
