摘要
通过界定R&D联盟网络的内涵并分析其社会属性,得出R&D联盟网络是社会网络的一种类型。运用强弱关系和结构洞等社会网络理论,从结构、关系和位置三个维度,揭示了R&D联盟网络效应形成的微观机理,并对诺基亚如何获取R&D联盟网络效应进行了实证分析,得出了R&D联盟网络能够产生结构维度的知识转移效应和组织学习效应、关系维度的社会资本效应和创新效应以及位置维度的控制效应、信息效应和声望效应的结论。通过揭示R&D联盟网络效应的形成机理,为网络环境下研发企业有效利用R&D联盟网络优势提供理论支持。
According to defining the connotation of R&D alliance networks it is concluded that R&D Alliance network is a kind of social networks and analyzing its social attributes, Based on structure dimension, relation dimension and location dimension, the forming micro-mechanism of R&D Alliance network effects has been revealed by strong strength theory, weak strength theory and structural holes theory analysis on how to obtain R&D Alliance Network effects for Nokia enterprise is carried on. Empirical It has been observed that R&D Alliance network can generate the following effects about transferring knowledge and organizational learning in structural dimension, social capital and innovation in relation dimension and control and reputation in location dimension Through revealing the forming mechanism of R&D Alliance network effects, theoretical supports have been provided for R&D enterprises which can effectively take advantage of R&D Alliance network in the network environment
