知识管理过程中的领导力特征模型及实证研究 被引量:3

Empirical Study on Leadership Characteristic Model in Knowledge Management Process

摘要 基于企业知识管理调查,提取了领导力特征三个层面的九个特征变量因子和知识管理过程变量因子,构建了知识管理过程中领导力特征模型,并对其进行相关分析。研究结果表明,领导力特征变量与知识管理过程密切相关,并且在知识管理不同阶段表现为不同的领导力特征。期望有助于企业关注知识管理各阶段的领导力特征表现,通过提升领导力发展策略推动知识管理进程。 According to implement stages and knowledge leadership characteristics,this paper constructs a conceptual model on leadership characteristics in knowledge management(KM) process,delineating the different characteristics in different KM stages.Based on the investigation of KM in practice,we collect nine characteristic factors in three leadership characteristic levels(intellectual,open and multi-dimentional characteristics in knowledge level,innovative,transformative and implement characteristics in capability level,strategic,dicisive and value characteristics in strategy level) and KM process factors(knowledge attaining,knowledge treatment,knowledge storage and knowledge network).The results show that there is a correlation between leadership characteristics and KM process.Leadership characteristics play different roles in the process of KM development,which can help companies pay attention to the certain leadership characteristic in each KM stage,then enforce KM process through improving leadership development strategy.
