摘要
目的:建立分光光度法阿司匹林含量的测定方法。方法:在碱性条件下,乙酰水杨酸与羟胺反应生成羟肟酸;在酸性溶液中,后者与三氯化铁形成红色的羟肟酸铁,一定浓度范围内,吸光度呈线性关系。结果:在520nm波长下,采用标准曲线法,测得阿司匹林肠溶片中乙酰水杨酸的含量为25mg/片。结论:方法操作简便、快速、准确;可用于阿司匹林含量的测定和产品质量控制。
Objective: The establishment of spectrophotometric method for determination of aspirin.Methods: In alkaline conditions,aspirin reaction with hydroxylamine hydrochloride,Hydroxamic acid is generated.In acidic solution,the latter with ferric chloride to form a red hydroxamic acid iron,a certain range of concentration,absorbance is linear.Results: In the 520nm wavelength,using the standard curve method,the measured acetyl salicylic acid of aspirin enteric-coated tablets is 25mg / piece.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,and accurate;can be used for the determination of aspirin and product quality control.
