美国高校教师发展历史演进初探 被引量:3

摘要 教师是构成教育活动的基本要素之一,是影响教育活动水平和质量的重要因素。通过教师发展提高教师水平是实现教育活动预期目的的主要途径之一。美国高校从20世纪60年代以来逐步探索并形成了促进高校教师发展的一套比较成功的模式和经验。文章从历史的角度对美国高校教师发展演进过程进行梳理和分析,概括每一阶段的发展动因、主要活动和特点,以期为解决目前我国高校教师培训中的困难提供有益的借鉴和启示。
