某高校新生结核菌素试验及肺结核患病调查

Investigation on Tuberculin Test and Pulmonary Tuberculosis Among Freshmen of a Certain University

目的了解我校新生结核菌素反应及患病状况,以便采取措施,减少结核杆菌在校园内的传播。方法对2006-2008年9月我校每年入学新生进行连续三年的结核菌素(PPD)试验,对结核菌素试验强阳性者进行胸透,胸透异常者进一步拍胸片及痰结核杆菌涂片检查,确诊有无肺结核,对诊断为结核病者,给与抗结核规范治疗。结果三届新生共计做PPD试验9776例,2006-2008年新生PPD强阳性者分别占调查总数的6.75%、7.43%、8.13%,肺结核患病率分别为104/10万、99/10万、129/10万,提示入学新生受结核菌感染及患病情况较严重。结论加强入学新生结核菌素试验,及时发现病人彻底治疗,有效控制结核病在高校的传播和流行。

Objective To know the results of tuberculin reaction and pulmonary tuberculosis incidence among the freshmen of Luohe Medical College,and to take measures for constraining the spread of tubercle bacilus on campus.Methods PPD test was carried out on the freshmen enrolled from 2006 to September,2008 for consecutive three years.Chest fluoroscopy was conducted in the freshmen whose PPD test was positive.Chest X-ray examination and phlegm resistance to tuberculosis smear test were used to determine whether or not they suffered from pulmonary tuberculosis.The confirmed tuberculosis patients were received normative treatment.Results A total of 9,776 cases of PPD were investigated.The freshmen with strong positive PPD in 2006,2007,and 2008 accounted for 6.75%,7.43%,and 8.13% of the investigated freshmen,respectively.The incidence rates of pulmonary tuberculosis in 2006,2007,and 2008 were 104/100,000,99/100,000 and 129/100,000,respectively.The results indicated that the situation of tubercle bacillus infection and the disease conditions were relatively serious.Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen tubercle bacillus test among the freshmen,promptly discover the patients and give them complete treatment so as to effectively control the spread and popularization of tuberculosis on university campus.
