常德市某医院Ⅰ型糖尿病就诊情况及临床特征分析

Medical Situation and Clinical Features of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus in a Hospital of Changde

目的分析常德市某医院10年来Ⅰ型糖尿病(T1DM)的就诊情况和临床特点。方法回顾性分析常德市第一人民医院2000-2009年接诊的61例T1DM患者临床资料。结果 2000-2004年T1DM患者就诊人数为23例,2005-2009年为38例。61例患者中45例(73.8%)为10～16岁年龄段。农村T1DM就诊患者DKA比例为73.5%,显著高于城镇患者的30.0%(P<0.01)。结论常德地区近十年来T1DM就诊人数呈上升趋势,且倾向于青少年;临床上应重视农村T1DM合并DKA患者的防治工作。

Objective To analyze the clinical-visiting situation and clinical features of type 1 diabetes mellitus in a hospital of Changde in the recent 10 years.Methods The clinical data of 61 patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus（T1DM）hospitalized in the First People＇s Hospital of Changde from 2000 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 23 patients with T1DM were hospitalized during the period of 2000～2004.There were 38 T1DM patients hospitalized during the period of 2005～2009.Among the 61 T1DM patients,45（73.8%）were at the age of 10～16 years.The proportion of diabetic ketoacidosis（DKA）in the hospitalized T1DM patients from rural areas accounted for 73.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the patients form cities（30.0%）,（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The number of hospitalized T1DM patients shows an increasing tendency in Changde in the recent 10 years,and moreover,it tends to adolescents.It is necessary to pay more attention to rural T1DM patients complicated with DKA in clinical prevention and treatment.
