主动脉及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑梗死的关系 被引量：2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是引起缺血性脑卒中的主要原因之一，其主要由颅外来源的栓子栓塞所致，但仍有近1／3栓塞性脑卒中的栓塞源来源不明，提示存在其他潜在栓塞源。近来研究发现，在无明显颈动脉狭窄的老年缺血性脑卒中患者中，主动脉粥样硬化也许是缺血性脑卒中的重要原因。
