慈溪市农民工新生儿破伤风知识调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Nascentium Knowlekge of Newborn Child in Migrant Workers in Cixi City

目的:做好新生儿破伤风的一级预防,减少该病的发生。方法:向慈溪市两个企业的634名农民工发放自行设计的调查问卷,统计不同文化程度对新生儿破伤风的认识程度。结果:随着文化程度的降低而逐渐减小,最低值为文盲,各为33%。不去医院的原因主要是经济因素。结论:制定农民工孕期保健优惠政策,推行平价接生,实行医疗救助,同时加强宣传,改变农民工的婚育观念,消除非法接生窝点,提高全民受教育程度是消除新生儿破伤风的关键。

Objective：Make primary prevention to reduce trismus nascentium.Methods：Make a survey of trismus nascentium knowl-edge in 634 migrant workers in two enterprises in Cixi by designed questionnaires,and analyze the workers’trismus nascentium knowledge by different education background.Result：The ratio will reduce with academic records debasing,the lowest is those have no education back-ground.The main reason for the mingrant workers not going to the hospital is pressed for money.Conclusion：Formulate favourable policy of health care in pregnancy for migrant workers,carry out childbearing with low cost,execute medical assistance,strengthen propaganda to change the migrant workers’procreate concept,dispel illegal childbearing,and improve the education background of all the people,all thease are the key to eliminate trismus nascentium.
