摘要
目的:加强药品不良反应(ADR)监测,促进合理用药。方法:采用回顾性和描述性研究方法分析通过泛珠三角不良反应管理平台收集的清远市5434例ADR报告。结果:清远市报告数量已达到WHO要求;报告的最主要来源是医疗卫生机构,且报告人的职业以医生最多;抗感染药物、中药注射剂、静脉给药的ADR发生率较高。结论:建立快速反馈信息的机制,发挥护士、药师在监测工作中的作用,突出生产、经营企业的报告责任,重点监测抗感染类药物、中成药以及静脉给药方式,以提高监测工作效果。
Objective：Strengthening of adverse drug reactions（ADR） monitoring and promoting rational drug use.Methods：A retro-spective and descriptive study to analyze through the management platform of adverse reactions collected 5434 cases in Qingyuan City.Re-sults：The number of reports have reached the WHO requirements;The main source of the report is from medical and health institutions,and most of report stuff is doctor;Anti-infective drugs,Chinese medicine injection,intravenous injection of ADR higher incidence.Conclusion：A rapid feedback mechanism;Play nurses,pharmacists’monitoring role;Outstanding production and business enterprises reporting responsibil-ity;focus on monitoring the anti-infective drugs,etc,to improve the monitoring results.
