摘要
目的:了解大学生主观幸福感的结构和特点及其与生活事件的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供参考。方法:采用大学生主观幸福感量表、青少年生活事件量表对455名大学生进行调查。结果:①不同性别的大学生主观幸福感差异具有统计学意义,其中女生主观幸福感高于男生;不同生源大学生主观幸福感差异无统计学意义;不同年级大学生主观幸福感差异具有统计学意义,三年级学生主观幸福感最高,一二年级主观幸福感较低。②大学生主观幸福感与其生活事件相关不显著。受人歧视或错怪、考试失败或不理想、不喜欢上学和家庭给你施加学习压力这四项生活事件项目与大学生的幸福感总均分呈显著负相关,其中家庭施加学习压力这项生活事件对大学生主观幸福感具有较好的预测作用。结论:生活事件对大学生主观幸福感有显著影响。
Objective:To investigate the subjective well-being of students and its relationship to life events,personality characteristics,men-tal health education for university students to provide reference.Methods:Subjective Well-Being Scale for college students,young people and the life event scale survey for 455 college students.Results:①different gender creats different sense of subjective about well-being,there was a sig-nificant difference in subjective well-being of girls than boys;different subjective well-being of college students there is no significant difference between students from urban areas and rural areas;Students at different levels of subjective well-being,there was a significant difference in the third grade students a sense of subjective well-being of the highest level with lower subjective well-being.②college students and their subjective well-being related to life events is not significant.Discrimination,examination failure or unsatisfactory,and do not like to go to school and families to learn to exert pressure on your life events of these four projects and a sense of total well-being of college students sharing a significant negative correlation,in which families learn to exert pressure on the life events into the subjective well-being of college students have a better prediction.Conclusion:Life events and subjective well-being of students has a significant influence.
