大学生宽恕与焦虑的相关性探讨

Research on the Relationship between Forgiveness and Interpersonal Disturbance among College Students

目的:探讨大学生宽恕与焦虑的关系。方法:采用中国—Mullet宽恕问卷和状态—特质焦虑问卷对493名大学生进行调查。结果:56.1%的大学生宽恕得分高于平均宽恕指数(195.24±35.978);大学生宽恕在性别和年级上差异有统计学意义,在生源地上差异没有统计学意义;大学生宽恕与状态焦虑、特质焦虑呈显著负相关。结论:目前多数大学生倾向于宽恕;大学生宽恕与焦虑存在着相关关系,宽恕越高的大学生,其焦虑水平越低。

Objective：To study the relationship between forgiveness and anxiety in college students.Methods：493 college studends were investigated by using CMFQ and STAI.Results：The forgiveness score of 56.1% college students were higher than the average score in-dex of forgiveness（195.24 ± 35.978）.There were statistical difference in different sex and different grade.There were not statistical difference in city and countryside.There were obviously negative correlations between forgiveness and state anxiety and trait anxiety of college students.Trait anxiety had significant predictable effects on negative affect.Conclusions：At present,most college students have high forgiveness level.Forgiveness is correlated with anxiety in college students.The level of forgiveness increased,the anxiet was decreased among college students.
