摘要
深圳地区某一高层建筑基坑采用排桩支护,筏板基础,沉降计算时考虑了基坑围护桩对地基土侧向变形的约束效应,并采用更适合于层状地基的Burmister理论计算地基附加应力,计算值比用Boussinesq理论计算的小,因此适当降低了分层总和法中沉降计算经验系数ys的取值,使计算得到的沉降量大大低于传统分层总和法的计算值。通过与实测的沉降数据对比,证明这样设计是科学合理的。
The retaining and protection piles in row for foundation excavation and raft foundation is applied in one of the high-rise buildings in Shenzhen,in which,the constraints effect of lateral deformation to subsoil by piles in row for foundation excavation has been taken into consideration in the settlement calculation.Meanwhile,the Burmister theory,which is more suitable for layered strata,has been applied into calculating superimpose stress in subsoil.The such calculated value is less than the value calculated by Boussinesq theory;therefore,it appropriately reduces the value of the settlement calculation experience coefficient y s in layerwise summation method,which enables the calculated settlement value is significantly lower than that of the traditional layerwise summation method.Compared with the measured settlement data,it proves such design is scientific and reasonable.
