摘要
深圳市滨海医院工程地处海湾潮间带,为围堤填海后公共用地。本文对工程地质环境及其对高性能混凝土结构腐蚀进行分析与评价,提出了改善混凝土和钢筋混凝土结构耐久性必须从材料本身的性能出发,提高混凝土材料本体耐久性。采用高性能混凝土,并根据不同构件和部位尽可能提高钢筋保护层厚度,还可复合采用保护涂层或阻锈剂等辅助措施,形成以高性能混凝土为基础的综合防护策略,有效提高工程结构的使用寿命。针对于本工程复杂且恶劣的地质条件,提出了高性能混凝土所具有的特点,并给出了具体的技术指标,还对满足工程耐久性要求的混凝土材料配合比和综合性能进行了研究。
Shenzhen's Coastal Hospital project is an important project of Shenzhen,which locates at reclamation land in Shenzhen Bay.In this study,the geological environment and its influence to the high performance concrete structure is analyzed and estimated.And it is a major method for application of high performance concrete to improve the durability of concrete structure and extend its service lifetime.Also,it is the most economic way to full-service cycle procedure.The characteristic of the high performance concrete is brought forward according with the geological environment situation of the project.Moreover,the technical target of high performance concrete is shown.After all,the material properties and mixing proportion of high performance concrete is studied,which satisfies the project requirement.
