ELEA-HJA老化系统定位检测能力的外挂式提升

摘要 为适应新型号任务所用元件试验大纲部分筛选科目新规定的要求,必须对现有老化箱控制系统进行功能升级。在不影响老化箱控制系统原通用性功能的前提下,采用定制外挂式控制软件方式进行新功能的扩展或开发,就成为一种值得考虑的升级思路。针对ELEA-HJA老化系统"定位检测"功能模块单步、单循环的运行方式进行了分析研究,使用外挂式控制软件为其添加了连续、滚动式的新工作方式。详细介绍了外挂式控制软件的设计思想和实现方法,实践证明,外挂式控制软件在整个老化周期内完全能够按照新设定的运行方式驱动老化箱原配功能模块,因而外挂式控制软件的升级方法具有普遍应用价值。 In response to new models used by the task component,the new requirements,which part of the screening subjects of test must be fulfiled.The aging tank and control systems about the existing function,have to be upgraded accordingly.Avoid affecting the aging tank and control systems,using custom plug-in control software approach to the expansion or development of new features,they become a thought worth considering an upgrade.In this paper,ELEA-HJA aging system,"positioning detection" function module single-step and single-cycle operation was analyzed,using plug-type control software to add a new ways of working:continuous and rolling.In the given plug-in system design,while details of the plug-in control software design thought and realization method.Practice has proved that plug-type control software throughout the cycle of aging is fully capable of setting the operation mode according to the new box first wife drives an aging function modules,which plug-in control software upgrade method has universal application.
