摘要
主要阐述了基于DSP捕获单元和复合滤波算法的航空发动机转速测量方法。首先介绍了DSP捕获单元(CAPTURE UNIT)的原理和在转速测量中的应用方法,针对航空发动机的转速测量中电磁环境的特点和抗电磁干扰的需要,提出了在这种恶劣电磁环境下能克服噪声和随机脉冲干扰的复合滤波算法。以TMS320 2000系列DSP和某航空发动机的转速测量为例,描述了转速测量方法的软硬件设计和功能实现,方法具有精度高、速度快、抗电磁干扰能力强的特点,有较强的实用性。
This paper mainly discusses the method based on DSP Capture Unit and complex filtering algorithm for aero engine rotational speed measurement.We first introduces the principle and the method for rotational speed measurement with DSP Capture Unit,and puts forward a complex filtering algorithm to overcome noise and random pulse interference for the characteristics of the electromagnetic environment in which to take aero engine rotational speed measurement and the need of anti-electromagnetic interference.With TMS320 2000 DSP and an aero-engine speed measurement,for example,this paper describes software and hardware design,fuctional implements for this rotational speed measurement method.The method has high precision,high speed and a strong ability of anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics,with a strong practicality.
