Ⅱ型糖尿病、高血压与降钙素基因相关肽的关系探讨

An exploitation of relationship between diabetes mellitus(typeⅡ),hypertension and calcitonin gene-related peptide

目的了解降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）在Ⅱ型糖尿病合并或不合并高血压人群中的血浆水平。方法分正常对照组、Ⅱ型糖尿病血压正常组及Ⅱ型糖尿病并高血压组，分别测定ＣＧＲＰ、空腹血糖、血脂、胰岛素。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病高血压组ＣＧＲＰ水平显著降低并与空腹血糖及甘油三酯呈负相关。结论ＣＧＲＰ有可能作为治疗糖尿病。

Objective To make an understanding about CGRP plasma level in diabetes mellitus (type Ⅱ) population with or without hypertension.Method All cases were divided into normal control group,diabetes mellitus group with high blood pressure and diabetes mellitus group with the normal blood pressure.CGRP,blood sugar,triglycerine and fast insulin were tested respectively in the three divided groups.Result The CGRP plasma level in diabetes mellitus group with high blood pressure shows remarkable decrease and negative relationship with blood sugar and triglycerine.Conclusion It is possible to take CGRP as a normal remedy for caring diabetes mellitus with high blood prssure.
