海南省人口教育与长期经济增长关系的实证分析

历史发展的事实已证明教育与经济增长之间的密切关系,从某种意义而言,教育的发展决定了知识创新、技术创新、工艺创新、管理创新能力,从而决定了经济增长速度。反过来,经济增长为教育发展提供了必要和有利的保障。因此,在整体战略上把握优先发展教育的同时,应注意教育与经济增长的协调发展。海南省的经济和教育相对国内很多地区来说相对落后,建设国际旅游岛对海南而言既是机遇又是挑战,如何提高教育,从而提高人口素质、促进经济增长显得尤为重要。
