摘要
针对蒸馏水输送泵振动偏大,运用频谱分析法对振动信号进行分析,通过对安装机架和水泵的模态分析确认了振动偏大的原因,在此基础上对过渡架进行改进,最终有效降低了机组的振动.
The vibration signals are analyzed by spectrum analysis for the high vibration of distilled water delivery pump.Base on the mode analysis of the frame and pump,the paper finds the main causes of vibration,then promotes the structure of the frame and finally the vibration of the pump is effectively decreased.
