摘要
教师对教改的认识、个人能力和态度、学术交流、自我学习、反思态度和反思认识六个变量都与教改行动有显著相关性,但其中学术交流和反思态度单独只能解释部分的教改行动。此现象提醒教师在参加学术交流等活动后一定要将接触到的新理论、新信息进行及时梳理和践行,这样才能达到改进教学效果的目的;结果同时表明,教师在教学中不仅要反思,而且要将反思结果运用到教学实践中。
By employing the method of questionnaire and interview, this study explored the correlation coefficient between teachers' self-development and their behaviors in teaching reform in ordinary colleges and universities. The findings indicate that all of the six variables have close correlation coefficient with teachers' behaviors in teaching reform. They are the beliefs of teaching reform, self-competence and attitude, all kinds of academic exchange opportunities, self-improvement, reflection attitude and reflection cognition. But variables as academic exchange opportunities and reflection attitude alone only can explain part of the teaching behaviors. Therefore, teachers need to apply what they learned and what they reflected to make full use of the teaching resources.
