A Study on the Career Development of Teachers under the Computer-and Classroom——Based College English Teaching Model

基于计算机和课堂的英语教学模式的实施对教师提出了更高的要求。以教师作为学习者和研究者的角色作为研究重点,分析了目前在师资方面存在的问题,揭示了教师作为学习者和研究者角色变化的不可避免性,并提出了如何帮助教师尽快适应这种角色的方式方法。

Computer- and Classroom-Based College English Teaching Model makes higher demands on college English teachers. This paper chooses the teachers＇ roles as a learner and a researcher as its basis of research, analyzes the problems existing in teachers, reveals the importance of teachers＇ roles being a learner and a researcher and puts forward some solutions to help teachers adapt to the roles.
