According to JJF 1059-1999《Evaluation of measurement uncertainty and mean 》and the technical specification apply to measure the tensile property of the hot rolled ribbed steel bars and assess the evaluation of measurement uncertainty.We used immediate evaluation method to solve the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of metallic materials tensile property.
