摘要
城市生活垃圾处理过程中会产生温室气体排放,尤其是传统的生活垃圾填埋方式。通过实施填埋气体收集利用以及填埋之外的垃圾处理技术清洁发展机制(CDM)项目,不仅可以使垃圾作为能源和资源得到有效利用,还能实现固废管理领域的温室气体减排,并且获得额外的资金或技术援助。本文简要分析了固废处理温室气体排放情况,并以具体项目为案例,介绍了生活垃圾填埋气体回收利用和垃圾焚烧发电CDM项目开发和实施,着重分析此类项目的温室气体减排量计算及监测要求,为类似项目开发提供参考。
there is green house gases in the process of living garbage disposal in cities, especially in the traditional solid waste landfill. Through implementing landfill gas collecting and utilizing besides garbage disposal technology --CDM project, it not only makes full use of garbage as energy and resources, but also fulfills green house gas emission-reducing in solid wastes management field, which obtains extra funds and technical aids. The article briefly analyzes green house gas emission behaviour in solid wastes process and details case studies, which introduce living garbage landfill disposal recycle and garbage burning power generation CDM project development and implementation. It focuses on analysis of calculation of green house gas emission-reducing in these projects and monitoring survey requirements, which provides references to similar projects.
