我国军人症状自评量表常模的建立及其结果分析

The establishment of Symptom Check List 90 norm of Chinese armymen

目的建立中国军人症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ９０）常模，为国家军事心理学研究提供本底资料。方法采用ＳＣＬ９０测定全军各类军事人员１９６６２人，并将结果与地方常模比较。结果军人的ＳＣＬ９０总分为１４４．１０±４３．２０，阳性项目数为３３．１２±１２．３１，阳性项目均分为１．６３±０．３０。军人ＳＣＬ９０阳性项目数及各因子分均高于地方常模（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论军人的基础心理健康水平有别于地方人群，加强新时期军人的心理卫生研究，对提高全军官兵的心理健康水平具有重要意义。

Objective The study was to establish Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL 90) norm of Chinese armymen so as to provide data for the research on Chinese military psychology. Methods SCL 90 was used in 19 662 armymen, including 12 270 from land force,1 820 from navy, 1 751 from air force and 3 821 students from military academies. A comparison was made between the data of Chinese armymen norm and Chinese populace norm. Results The SCL 90 total score of Chinese armymen was 144.10±43.20. The number of positive symptom items and the scores of positive symptom items were 33.12±12.31 and 1.63±0.30, respectively. The total score, the average values of the factor score and the number of positive symptom items of SCL 90 were higher in Chinese armymen than in the Chinese populace norm ( P <0.01). Conclusion The basic mental health level of Chinese armymen is different from the populace norm. It will be important in the improvement of the mental health states of Chinese armymen to strengthen the study for the mental health of Chinese armymen in near further.
