摘要
使用水平垂直燃烧测定仪以及自行设计的实验装置,对经小室法和隧道法检验合格的饰面型防火涂料处理的红榉、沙比利、黑胡桃、水曲柳木质实材的耐燃时间和背面升温曲线进行测量。对实验数据分析研究,得出所选木质板材的耐燃时间从大到小为:沙比利、水曲柳、黑胡桃、红榉;各种木质材料随着涂刷防火涂料的增加,耐燃时间呈不断增加的趋势,并且增加幅度越来越大;各曲线的升温速率也随着防火涂料的增加呈放缓趋势。
Utlizing the horizontal and vertical burning device as well as self--designed experiment to detect the flame resistant time and back temperature curve of Red Elm, Sapele, Black Walnut, Fraxinus Mandshurica ash wood coated with decorative fireproof which is tested by chamber method and tunnel method. Analysis of experimental data on the research shows that the descending order of the flame resistant time is: Sapele, Fraxinus Mandshurica, Black Walnut and Red Elm. The detected fire--retardant time of wood materials increase with thickness of decorative fireproof, and the trend of increasing gets bigger too. The thicker the decorative fireproof is, the more slowly the temperature rise rate increases.
