摘要
剖析新《消防法》有关火灾损失规定的修改内容,结合《火灾直接财产损失统计方法》及有关法律法规进行分析研究,找出探讨性问题;提出修订《火灾损失统计方法》的新思路,为制定一种科学实用的火灾损失统计方法提供参考。
On the analysis of modification of fire loss rules, combined with Statistic Method for the Fire Direct Property Loss and the related regulations, disputable problems were presented, a new idea was proposed about modification of Statistic Method for the Fire Loss in order to give reference for the formulation of a scientific and useful statistic method for fire loss.
