摘要
在网络嵌入和技术创新之间存在一个悖论：弱联结有利于吸收创新所需的新颖知识，强联结有利于吸收创新所需的复杂隐性知识。从演化的角度解释了这个悖论，并分析了网络嵌入和创新强度协同演化的障碍是嵌入造成的企业核心能力刚性，企业需要具备网络能力和吸收能力两种动态能力要素，才能克服刚性约束。同时还说明了网络能力和吸收能力的作用机制及相互关系。
A dilemma exists in the relation of network embeddness and technology innovation： the weak ties are beneficial for acquisition of novel knowledge, meanwhile strong ties are beneficial for acquisition of complex and tacit knowledge which are both required by disruptive technology innovation. This article brings up an explanation about this dilemma with the viewpoint of evolution and concludes the co-evolution obstacle of network embeddedness and disruptive technology innovation is caused by the core competency rigidity. To overcome it, the corporate should possess two kinds elements of dynamic capability which are absorptive capability and network capability. Moreover, the relation and effect mechanism of them are explained.
