对“肺气虚证”大鼠肺组织及支气管NOS的检测 被引量:17

摘要 通过对实验性“肺气虚证”大鼠肺部组织NOS表达特征的检测,发现其肺脏间质有较多的巨噬细胞呈密集阳性反应。说明在“肺气虚”状态下巨噬细胞免疫活性中NO具有重要介导作用。NO合成增多,可作为“肺气”御邪的积极反应。同时,当邪气持续侵害致“肺气”虚乏时,肺组织供血状态则呈现出NO扩张血管作用减退所致的“瘀血”征象。 Through the determination of manifesting features of NOS in the lung tissues of rats of experimental 'deficiency of lung qi syndrome', it was found that there were more macrophages in the interstitial tissue of the lung with positive dense reaction, demonstrating that, under the condition of 'deficient lung - qi', the NO in the immune activity of macrophages possessed important mediation action. The increase of NO synthesis was an active action of 'lung - qi' against pathogens. When the invasion of pathogens persisted, causing further deficiency of the lung - qi, and the dilating vessel action of NO decrease in the blood supply of lung tissue, resulting in 'blood-stasis'.
