规范化治疗对癫痫患者生活质量影响的研究

Study of quality of life in patients with epilepsy by the standardization of treatment

目的:探讨规范化治疗对癫痫患者生活质量的影响。方法:共收集61例临床确诊的癫痫患者,分为规范化治疗组和非规范化治疗组。采用癫痫患者生活质量量表-31(QOL-31)评估患者的生活质量,并与正常对照组相比较。结果:除药物影响和对发作的担忧外,癫痫患者生活质量总分及生活质量的各个方面得分均低于正常对照组,且规范化治疗组优于非规范化治疗组。结论:癫痢患者生活质量下降,加强癫痫规范化治疗是提高癫痫患者生活质量的关键。

Objective：To study the effects on quality of life（QOL） in patients with epilepsy by the standardization of treatment.Methods：A total of 61 patients with epilepsy were selected with strict procedure of diagnosis and divided into two groups： the standard of treatment group and the nonstandard of treatment group,and 20 healthy people were adopted as the normal group,and then the QOL was evaluated by the quality of life in epilepsy inventory-31（QOLIE-31） Chinese version.Results： Compared with the normal control group,the total score and sub-scores of QOL（except for effects of medication and worry about seizure） were lower in the patients with epilepsy,and the nonstandard of treatment group compared with the standard of treatment group were the same.Conclusions： QOL was lower in patients with epilepsy,enhancing the standardization of treatment was the key to improving QOL in patients with epilepsy.
