钛钢螺纹椎体融合器(TFC)在腰椎疾病中的应用

The Application of titanium Threaded Fusion Cage in Lumbra vertebral Diseases

目的：研究钛钢螺纹椎体融合器（ＴＦＣ）在腰椎疾病中的应用。方法：用ＴＦＣ治疗各种腰椎疾病１９例。结果：通过３个月～１ａ临床观察，植骨无吸收，ＴＦＣ无移位，椎间隙恢复或保持正常高度。结论：ＴＦＣ能防止椎间隙变窄，使椎体融合可靠，是一种治疗下腰椎不稳的满意新方法。

Objective:To study the application of titanium threaded fusion cage(TTFC) in lumbra vertebral diseases. Method:19 Iumbra vertebral disease patients with various conditions were treated by TTFC. Results:TTFC could recovered the gaps between the vertebrae and remained the normal height, the planted bones were not absorbed and TTFC were not dislocated. Conclusion:TTFC is a satifactory method for the treatment of lumbra vertebral diseases, its advantages were reliability of fusion and preventing the narrowing of vertebral gaps.
