尼尔雌醇联合米索前列醇在绝经妇女取器中的效果

Effect of Nilestriol and Misoprostol on menopausal women without IUD

目的探讨尼尔雌醇联合米索前列醇在绝经妇女取器中的临床效果。方法绝经后自愿要求取环妇女100例,按照自愿的原则分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组服用尼尔雌醇5mg,1周后取环,并于取环前1h肛门塞入米索前列醇200mg;对照组取器前不服用任何药物,随访观察2组取器结果。结果 2组从宫颈松弛情况、取环时间、取环效果及宫内节育器崁顿情况比较均有显著性差异。结论绝经后妇女口服尼尔雌醇配伍肛门塞入米索前列醇后再取器,成功率高,手术风险小,患者痛苦少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nilestriol combined with misoprostol administ rated in removing IUD from postmenopausal women. Methods Among 100 eligible postmenopausal women who request to remove IUD voluntarily,in accordance with the principle of voluntary divided into two groups which were the Observation group and the control group,all 50 patients.50 cases in Observation group took 5 mg of nilestrol 7 days before operation and 200 mg of misoprostol anus squeezedly 1h before operation. The control group included 50 women whose IUD were removed by routine operation. Compare the effects of removing IUD between the two groups. Results The two groups from the relaxation of the cervix,IUD removed time,effects of removing IUD and embedded IUD were significantly difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of nilestrol with misoprostol in removing IUD from postmenopausal women can alleviate distress of the women and has higher successful remove rate,and reduce operative risk.
